This is the point where technology meets metallurgy. Using computer-assisted design technology, we create a model of your jewelry.

Then we show you a “photo” of the finished piece, just as life-like as if it had already been created. You can make any modifications at this point with no change in the cost, allowing you to perfect your vision. This is how we take the risk out of custom jewelry design. You can see exactly what you’ve ordered, so there’s no fear or anxiety, just sweet anticipation!

Once we’ve finalized the design, a wax model is milled or grown using the same computer specs that were used to create your “photo.”

The model is lost-wax cast into a rough metal mounting…

which is polished and finished and prepared for setting any gems.

Finally , the gemstones are carefully hand-set into place and the detail work is completed, using the most advanced equipment for a blend of new age technology and old-world skills.

And Voila! Compare this digital picture of Joel McFadden’s 2004 Award-Winning Ring to the computer-generated “photo” shown above. OK, we admit that the finished ring is more beautiful than the computer photo! You should see it in person – pictures can’t do it justice.
