Joel Wins Again!
Joel won the Jewelers' Choice Award and 2nd Place in the CAD Division of this year's Passion Awards at the Atlanta Bench Jewelers' Conference! We now have so many award trophies in our window that someone thought we were a trophy store!
Ian Goodchild, JMD's staff pyromaniac, now known as "The Perfectionist," is famous! He is featured in this month's InStore Magazine in an article entitled "Future 12 Elements." The article begins "A generation of rising young stars is poised to lead the jewelry industry into the next phase of its existence. The careers of a dozen of them, ages 24 through 31, who represent a cross section of the business, are celebrated on the following pages."

Joel was the ring-master once again for this year's Bench Shoot-Off at the Instore Jewelry Show in Chicago. Jen and Joel were both judges for the Ultimate Design Competition, which featured separate categories for CAD rendering and hand-rendering.
